    1. Go to Vendor DashboardMessages

    2. Click on the conversation

    3. Read their requirements

  • Reply quickly - Within 24 hours ideally
  • Be personal - Use their names
  • Answer questions - Address their specific needs

    Track where each lead is:

  • In Discussion - Ongoing conversation
  • Quote Sent - Pricing provided
