Setting Up Your Wedding Details

Your wedding details form the foundation of your invitation. Here's how to set everything up perfectly.

Accessing Your Details

1. Log in to your Dashboard

2. Click Overview in the sidebar

3. You'll see your wedding details form

Basic Information

Couple's Names

Enter how you'd like your names displayed:

Bride's name - First name or full name

Groom's name - First name or full name

Display format - "Sarah & Ahmed" or "Sarah Ahmed & Ahmed Khan"

Wedding Date

Select your wedding date from the calendar

You can change this anytime before the wedding

The date appears prominently on your invitation

Venue Information

For each event, you can add:

Venue name - e.g., "The Grand Hall"

Full address - Street, city, postcode

Google Maps link - Guests can get directions easily

Family Details (Optional)

Add family information to make your invitation more personal:

Parents' names

Family details for both sides

Custom welcome message

Customising Your Invitation

Cover Photo

Upload a beautiful photo to feature on your invitation:

Recommended size: 1200 x 800 pixels

Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP

Keep file size under 5MB for fast loading

Choose from our curated library of Islamic quotes, or add your own. Popular choices include:

Match your invitation to your wedding colours:

Primary colour for headings and buttons

Saving Your Changes

Click Save Changes after making updates. Your invitation updates instantly—no need to resend links to guests.

Preview Your Invitation

Always preview your invitation before sharing:

1. Click the Preview button

2. Check both desktop and mobile views

3. Test the RSVP flow

4. Verify all information is correct
