Guest Photo Uploads

Let guests contribute their photos to your wedding album.

Enabling Guest Uploads

1. Go to DashboardAccountSettings

2. Toggle Allow Guest Photo Uploads

3. Save

How Guests Upload

1. Guest visits your wedding page

2. Clicks on Photos or Share a Memory

3. Selects photos from their device

4. Adds optional captions

5. Submits for your approval

No Account Required

Guests don't need to create an account. They just need:

  • Your wedding link
  • Password (if you've set one)
  • Moderation

    All guest photos require your approval:

    1. Notification when photos are submitted

    2. Go to DashboardMemories

    3. Click Pending Approval

    4. Review each photo

    5. Approve to add to album, or Reject

  • Control what appears publicly
  • Remove duplicates or low-quality images

    Help guests take great photos:

  • Good lighting - Avoid dark or blurry shots
  • Landscape orientation - Often looks better

  • Group photos - Capture family and friends
  • Key moments - Ceremony, speeches, celebrations
  • Managing Submissions

    In your dashboard:

  • Pending - Awaiting your review
  • Approved - Published to album
  • Rejected - Not published
  • You can change status anytime.

    Storage Impact

    Guest uploads count towards your storage:

  • Free Plan: 50 photos total
  • Forever Plan: Unlimited
  • With Google Drive connected, photos back up automatically.

    Privacy Considerations

  • Only approved guests can access your wedding page
  • Guest uploads are private until you approve
  • Downloaded photos belong to you
  • You control all content
