Uploading Photos

Add beautiful photos to your invitation and build your wedding memories album.

Cover Photo

Your main invitation photo:

1. Go to DashboardOverview

2. Click on the cover photo area

3. Upload your image

4. Crop and position as needed

5. Save

Recommendations

  • Size: 1200 x 800 pixels minimum
  • Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
  • File size: Under 5MB
  • Content: Engagement photo, couple photo, or decorative image
  • Gallery Photos

    Build a photo album for guests to browse:

    1. Go to DashboardMemories

    2. Click Upload Photos

    3. Select multiple photos

    4. Add captions (optional)

    5. Upload

    Photo Quality

    For best results:

  • High resolution - At least 1080p
  • Good lighting - Clear, well-lit photos
  • Proper orientation - Rotate before uploading
  • Reasonable size - Large files take longer to load

    Create albums for different occasions:

  • Engagement photos
  • Pre-wedding shoots

  • Guest submissions

    Add context to your photos:

  • Date and location
  • Who's in the photo
  • Special memories
  • Guest Photo Uploads

    Let guests contribute photos:

    1. Enable Guest Uploads in settings

    2. Guests see upload option on your page

    3. Photos go to your approval queue

    4. Review and approve to publish

    Storage Limits

    Your plan determines storage:

  • Free Plan: 50 photos
  • Forever Plan: Unlimited photos
  • Upgrade anytime if you need more space.

    Downloading Photos

    Download your photos anytime:

    1. Go to Memories

    2. Select photos or click Download All

    3. Receive a ZIP file with all images

    Tips for Great Photos

  • Mix it up - Variety of poses and settings
  • Include both families - Representative photos
  • Consider your theme - Photos that match your invitation style
  • Quality over quantity - Better to have fewer great photos
  • Get consent - Ensure people in photos are happy to be shared
