Creating Your Programme

Help guests know what to expect with a detailed programme for each event.

What is a Programme?

A programme outlines the schedule of your event:

  • Ceremony times
  • Key moments
  • Meal times
  • Entertainment
  • Adding Programme Items

    1. Go to DashboardProgramme & Menu

    2. Select the event

    3. Click Add Programme Item

    4. Enter:

    - Time - e.g., "2:00 PM"

    - Title - e.g., "Guest Arrival"

    - Description (optional)

    5. Click Save

    Example Programme

    Nikah Ceremony

  • 1:30 PM - Guest arrival & seating
  • 2:00 PM - Nikah ceremony begins
  • 2:30 PM - Signing of contract
  • 3:00 PM - Photography session
  • 3:30 PM - Light refreshments
  • 4:00 PM - Event concludes
  • Walima Reception

  • 6:00 PM - Guest arrival
  • 6:30 PM - Couple's entrance
  • 7:00 PM - Dinner service
  • 8:30 PM - Speeches
  • 9:00 PM - Dessert & tea
  • 10:00 PM - Event concludes
  • Adding Menus

    Share your menu with guests:

    1. Go to Programme & Menu

    2. Click Add Menu Item

    3. Enter:

    - Dish name

    - Description

    - Dietary tags (vegetarian, vegan, contains nuts)

    4. Save

  • Chicken Biryani - Fragrant rice with tender chicken
  • Lamb Karahi - Slow-cooked lamb curry
  • Mixed Vegetable Curry (V) - Seasonal vegetables
  • Naan Bread - Freshly baked
  • Gulab Jamun - Traditional sweet dessert
  • Dietary Information

    Help guests with dietary requirements:

  • Mark dishes as vegetarian (V)
  • Indicate vegan options (VG)
  • Flag allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten)
  • Note halal certification
  • Display Options

    Choose how to show your programme:

  • Timeline view - Vertical schedule
  • List view - Simple list format
  • Detailed view - Full descriptions
  • Tips for Programmes

  • Be realistic with timing - Build in buffer time
  • Don't over-detail - Guests don't need minute-by-minute
  • Update as needed - Refine closer to the date
  • Include key moments - Ceremony, meals, ending
  • Consider your audience - What do guests need to know?
