Event-Specific RSVPs

Let guests RSVP to each event individually for accurate planning.

How It Works

When guests RSVP through your invitation:

1. They see a list of events they're invited to

2. They can accept or decline each event separately

3. They specify number of guests per event

4. They can add dietary requirements

Benefits

Accurate Numbers

Know exactly how many guests for each event:

  • 150 attending Nikah
  • 200 attending Walima
  • 80 attending Mendhi
  • Better Planning

  • Order correct catering quantities
  • Arrange appropriate seating
  • Plan venue capacity
  • Guest Flexibility

    Guests can:

  • Attend some events but not others
  • Decline due to travel/work for specific dates
  • Accept what works for their schedule
  • Viewing Event RSVPs

    1. Go to DashboardEvents

    2. Click on an event

    3. See RSVP breakdown:

    - Attending: 150

    - Declined: 25

    - Pending: 45

    RSVP Cutoff Dates

    Set deadlines for each event:

    1. Edit the event

    2. Set RSVP Cutoff Date

    3. Guests cannot RSVP after this date

    4. Reminder: Set cutoff 2 weeks before event

    Guest Numbers per Event

    Guests specify attendance for each:

  • Number of adults
  • Number of children
  • Plus-ones (if allowed)
  • View total headcount per event in your dashboard.

    Event Capacity

    Track against venue limits:

  • Set maximum capacity per event
  • See warnings when approaching limit
  • Manage your numbers effectively
  • Changing RSVPs

Guests can update their RSVP until the cutoff:

  • Log back in with email
  • Change attendance status
  • Update guest numbers
  • Modify dietary requirements
  • You can also manually update RSVPs as the admin.
